Our digital decluttering services are professional consulting and implementation services delivered over time. Unlike physical products, our services involve strategic analysis, recommendations, and technical work customized to your specific website and business needs.
Due to the nature of professional services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service completion. To be eligible for consideration, you must provide specific details about why the service did not meet your expectations and allow us a reasonable opportunity to address any concerns or issues.
If you decide to discontinue services before completion, refunds will be calculated based on the work already performed. You will be charged for completed work and any resources already allocated to your project. Any upfront deposits or retainers for ongoing work may be refunded for the unused portion, minus any completed work.
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can work together to resolve the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, which may include revisions to deliverables, additional consultation sessions, or other appropriate remedies based on the specific situation.
Certain aspects of our services are non-refundable, including initial consultation fees, custom analysis and audit reports that have been delivered, work performed by third-party contractors or services on your behalf, and services where you have received and used the deliverables even if you were not satisfied with the outcome.
If you wish to modify your service agreement or change the scope of work, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to adjust the project scope and associated fees accordingly. Changes to project scope may affect timelines and costs.
You may cancel scheduled consultation appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. For ongoing service agreements, either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the service contract.
If a refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
We maintain high standards for all our digital decluttering services. Before considering any project complete, we review all deliverables to ensure they meet our quality standards and the agreed-upon specifications outlined in your service agreement.
While we provide expert recommendations and implement best practices, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as exact performance improvements, search engine ranking changes, or conversion rate increases. Website results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your ongoing content management and business practices.
